A Zionist Iron Dome missile that was specified for obstructing the Palestinianrockets, almost killed and injured a number of Zionist after it lost track and fell close to tens of cars with Zionists inside them.
Paltoday quoted Israeli sources as saying that this accident, which took place during the last days of war on Gaza, fell on Street number “4” near Eshdod, causing panic among the Israelis.
The sources also clarified that the missile deviated from its specified track towards street number “4” were tens of cars where on the road, but fell in an open area 30 meters away from the road, and its shrapnels dispersed widely. Continue reading
Continue reading

[Editor’s note: Pillar of Defense voluntarly renamed Pillar of Smoke]
In his latest speech, Ismail Haniyyah talks about Mohamed Morsi as if he was the new Gamal Abdel Nasser. Thanking Egypt’s governement and intelligence for their help.
Correct me if I am wrong, but what is Haniyyeh talking about ? HELP ?!
First off, many reports indicate that most of the fighting effort was coming from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and not from Hamas.
Secondly, what did Egypt do except implementing Washington orders, in total concertation with israel ? Nothing. No concrete help to the Palestinian people. Nor to the Palestinian resistance.
Those who’ve been indeed helping the resistance are Iran, Syria and Hezbollah. For decades. Providing huge amounts of cash and weapons. ( See Here – Here ) And the PIJ did acknowledge that fact and thanked them for their REAL help.
Operation Pillar of smoke (defense) was nothing but an operation to promote a new axis of power in the Middle East: Egypt + Qatar + Turkey in order to undermine the genuine resistance: Syria + Iran + Hezbollah. This operation could have been called Reshaping of the Middle East operation. Even though, Pillar of Smoke is actually a very good name. War against Gaza provided the perfect smokescreen to implement (or try to implement) the new shift of powers.
It’s not by pure chance that Pillar Of Smoke operation was launched while Syria faces crisis (brought about by USrahell/GCC/UN/NATO/UE) . The move was to show that the Middle East no longer needs Syria’s intervention, always considered as central, to solve crisis. And to show that in the contrary, Syria is now a source of tensions and destabilization.
It’s not by pure chance neither, that hideous and illegitimate “Sheikh Al-Thani” went to Gaza a few weeks before israel launched its deadly attack on the coastal strip.
Hamas accepted to play Washington’s game along with Qatar + Egypt + Turkey. Why do you think Hamas turned its back on Syria and decided to make such a move? It was all planned. How can Hamas turn its back on a country that funded and armed the Palestinian resistance at its own risks for so long ? Always bear in mind who created Hamas, and what was the goal behind this israeli move (Read Here).
Regarding Turkey, what has Turkey done for the Palestinian resistance? It did absolutely nothing.
We all saw erDOGan (sorry, Erdogan) tell israeli president that he was a criminal killing innocent Palestinians back in 2009 (see video below), we heard him threaten israel with cancelling their defense agreements when Turkish peace activists were killed in the flotilla massacre, we saw/hear him so many times… Though, Turkey never deemed to actually revoke its trade & military agreements with israel.
Nonetheless, Turkey is depicted as hostile to the Zionist regime. When it is actually not. Absolutely not. On the contrary. The perfect example is the Syrian case. Where Turkey gladly implements Washington and Tel Aviv plans to destroy Syria in a desperate attempt to make Bashar Al-Assad fall. Probably thinking that this will enable Turkey to become what it once was: the Ottoman Empire.
As Bashar Al-Assad said: “Erdogan thinks he’s Caliph, new sultan of the Ottoman“.
All this prepared operation paved the way for Qatar + Egypt +Turkey to come at the forefront of the international scene, with massive support of mainstream media, as usual… Invading our TV screens and newspapers, in order to have the misinformed masses thinking that those three countries are playing a central role, especially Egypt, in brokering a ceasefire. Hence, having them seen as major players of the region. New players able to make Hamas, still considered as a resistance movement by many, put down the weapons and negotiate. When, in my opinion, Hamas is a political party taking advantage of its people to enhance MB/Wahhabi/Zionist plans in the region.
The operation seems to have worked pretty fine… It worked so well, that some ignorant activists went as far as forgetting everything the genuine axis of Resistance did to Palestine, and now embrace their new master of deception: Egypt. See screenshots below:
Thankfully, we all know that the genuine axis of restistance (Syria, Hezbollah and Iran) doesn’t rely on the “masses” to achieve victory. On the contrary, Zionists, USrahell, Turkey, Qatar, Egypt, do rely on manipulated masses to sit their invented legitimacy. Huge weakness. And this is to our biggest advantage. And be sure that Resistance will know how to use it. Resistance will achieve victory. Because Resistance is righteous, fair, and is within each one of us.
As predicted, Israel accepts humiliating ceasefire to bolster partners in Syrian subversion – Egypt, Turkey, & Qatar.
November 22, 2012 (Land Destroyer) – Reuters reported in their article, “Jubilant Palestinians mob Gaza streets,” regarding the ceasefire agreement “brokered” by Egypt that, “the agreement calls on Hamas and Israel to cease all forms of military activity, including Israel’s targeted killings of militants, and for an easing of the Israeli-Egyptian blockade of Gaza.”
The article featured a photograph of cheering Palestinians in Gaza waving the Egyptian flag, reflecting both the true purpose and success of the Israeli-Gaza charade. Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani’s conveniently-timed visit to Gaza just days before hostilities erupted was designed to give the despotic Persian Gulf monarchy a boost in both legitimacy and credibility after the conclusion of this staged spectacle – as was highly publicized rhetoric made by Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan against Israel.
Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, all in fact partners with Israel and its Western sponsors in the subversion and overthrow of Syria, now have a renewed popular mandate across the Arab World, as a direct result of Israel’s premeditated, predictable failure in Gaza.
Already, Western pundits and policy makers are gloating over one additional result of the ceasefire, one already being spun into a narrative regarding the “new Middle East.” The Brookings Institution’s Doha Center director, Salman Shaikh, boasted in Tweets that the ceasefire deal handed in particular, Egypt, Turkey, and Qatar credit for both the support of Gaza and the cessation of hostilities. He would state specifically:
“IF truce holds and Gaza is opened up, Hamas would have ended Israel’s 5-year effort to isolate it in Gaza. Result of Egypt,Qatar,Turkey efforts. Regional spoilers will strike soon or they will be on the defensive.”
By “regional spoilers,” Shaikh meant Hezbollah in Lebanon, as well as Syria, and Iran. And as Israel concedes to a humiliating ceasefire after another exercise in futile but destructive brutality, with some Israeli protestersallegedly incensed and taking to the streets in protest, one can almost make out the smirk on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s face, as his regional co-conspirators receive a PR boost that will be essential in the upcoming weeks as the West, including Israel, pivots back toward achieving the overthrow of neighboring Syria.
It should be noted that Shaikh, of the Brookings Institution’s Doha Center, has been heavily involved in the enumerating and documentation of Western designs against Syria – and is in fact based in the allegedly anti-Israeli nation of Qatar. He was the co-author of the Brookings Saban Center, Middle East Memo #21 “Assessing Options for Regime Change (.pdf), which articulated plans involving the carving out of “safe havens” within Syrian territory along the Turkish border and a coordinated campaign by both Turkey and Israel to pressure Syria’s borders to exact defections within Syria’s military ranks. The report was written in March 2012, and since then, both Turkey and Israel have demonstrably coordinated efforts to apply pressure on Syria’s borders. Continue reading
A new wave of hatred towards Palestine is sweeping through Israel from public figures to the man on the street. This hostility is in sharp contrast to efforts in Cairo, where Arab leaders and Western diplomats are trying to hammer out a peace plan.
While Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) official Nabil Sheath expressed hope Sunday night that negotiations would continue, very different noises were coming out of Israel.
Interior Minister Eli Yishai said Operation Pillar of Defense would continue and likely be expanded, a reference to the possibility that a ground offensive has already been given the go-ahead.
The war in Gaza “must be so painful and difficult that the terror groups will not think twice but a hundred times before they fire missiles against Israel again,” it was reported in The Israel National News.
“Destroy and damage infrastructure, public buildings and government buildings. We must make sure that Hamas will be spending many years rebuilding Gaza, and not attacking Israel,” he continued.
A few days ago he said, “The goal of the operation is to send Gaza back to the Middle Ages, only then will Israel be calm for the next 40 years.”
His words were relatively mild compared to some of the comments that have been coming out of Israel in recent days.
Journalist, Gilad Sharon, the son of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, in an editorial in the Jerusalem Post on Sunday called for Gaza to be flattened like the US flattened the Japanese city of Hiroshima in 1945 with an atomic bomb.
“We need to flatten all of Gaza. The American’s didn’t stop with Hiroshima – the Japanese weren’t surrendering fast enough – so they hit Nagasaki too. There should be no electricity in Gaza, no gasoline or moving vehicles, nothing. Then they’d really call for a ceasefire,”ranted Sharon.
As the former Prime Minister’s son publicly urged the military to wipe Gaza off the map, a member of the Knesset and the National Unity Party, Michael Ben-Ari, called for Israeli soldiers to kill Gazans without thought or mercy.
It was widely reported that Israel agreed to delay any war against Iran until after U.S. elections.
A little over a week after the election, Israel launched a “targeted assassination” against the leader of Hamas (who Haaretz called Israel’s subcontractor in Gaza). That is what started the current round of fighting.
Rabbi Arthur Waskow agrees that Israel started the fighting.
Professor Michel Chossudovsky notes:
On November 14, Hamas military commander Ahmed Jabari was murdered in a Israeli missile attack. In a bitter irony, barely a few hours before the attack, Hamas received the draft proposal of a permanent truce agreement with Israel.
“Hours before Hamas strongman Ahmed Jabari was assassinated, he received the draft of a permanent truce agreement with Israel, which included mechanisms for maintaining the cease-fire in the case of a flare-up between Israel and the factions in the Gaza Strip.”(Haaretz, November 15, 2012)
The targeted assassination of Ahmed Jabari was followed by an extensive bombing campaign under Operation Pillar of Cloud. The latter consists of a carefully planned military endeavor.
F-16 fighter planes, Apache helicopters and unmanned drones were deployed. Israeli naval forces deployed along the Gaza shoreline were involved in extensive shelling of civilian targets.
Israel’s defense minister Ehud Barack has confirmed a scenario of military escalation, blaming Palestine for having committed acts of aggression: .
“[t]he provocations we have suffered and the firing of rockets to the southern settlements within Israel have forced us to take this action. I want to make clear that Israeli citizens will not suffer such actions. The targets are to hit the rockets and to harm the organization of Hamas.”
The Israeli attacks were followed by the firing of dozens of rockets by Hamas against Israel.
Palestine’s response was known to Israeli war planners. The resulting Israeli civilian casualties are now being used to justify military escalation on humanitarian grounds.
What we are dealing with is a carefully planned operation, a clear act of provocation. The deaths of Israeli civilians (envisaged and foreseen by IDF military planners) are being used to muster the support of the Israeli public.
Meanwhile, the Israeli attack is casually portrayed by the Western media as part of a legitimate counter-terrorism agenda.
Why is the Israeli government purposefully falling on its sword?
November 19, 2012 (LandDestroyer) – Israel exists in a perpetual “besieged” mentality. The Israeli people have been conditioned to view themselves as an island amidst a violent sea. However, the constant belligerent posture of their government in fact drives the winds that churn that sea, and as the face of modern warfare shifts, and the more they use their armor and air power against their perceived enemies, the higher the waves become.
Video: Dr. Webster Tarpley explains the reckless untenable nature of Israel’s current foreign policy, and the need for an immediate ceasefire to be reached – both for the sake of preserving innocent life in Palestine, and for the very survival and stability of Israel.
Historian and geopolitical expert Dr. Webster Tarpley noted in a recent PressTV interview that the paradigm has shifted in terms of modern warfare, and that tactics involving armor and air superiority cannot guarantee Israel its defense any longer. Operations such as the abortive invasion of southern Lebanon in 2006, the brutal but ultimately unsuccessful “Operation Cast Lead” in late 2008-early 2009, and now this most recent conflict in Gaza, show that while Israel still possesses an immense capacity to inflict suffering and death in a tactical dimension, it has become all but impotent at achieving any meaningful strategic objectives.
The leadership in Israel must surely understand this, and that the more overtly belligerent they become, the more they endanger the state of Israel and its people. Then why, one must ask, do they continue on an obviously self-destructive path?
The answer is simple – while the people of Israel have an invested interest in their own self-preservation, their leadership, though they play the role well of Israel’s defenders, do not.
Israel’s compromised corporate-financier driven leadership seems to be positioning the nation for a significant fall, to what degree is still not clear. It could range from a catastrophic defeat, to another humiliating ceasefire after an exercise in impotent, self-incriminating brutality. The purpose of this appears to be to grant their regional partners, mainly the Muslim Brotherhood, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the necessary clout, legitimacy and unity needed to carry out the next stage of reordering the Middle East. Ynet reported a few hours ago that Netanyahu gave private assurances to US President Obama that Israel is not planning a ground operation in Gaza yet.
“According to two American officials who were briefed on the phone conversation between Netanyahu and Obama, the PM said Israel would not consider a full-scale ground invasion of Gaza unless there was escalation from Hamas or an attack that caused significant casualties.”
The verdict is clear, PM Netanyahu tries to avoid his predecessors’ mistakes. But can he? The Israelis want to see blood, they are desperate for a victory, they want to see Gaza and the Hamas wiped out.
Interestingly enough, Israel and Netanyahu’s paralysis is the natural and inevitable outcome of the Jewish collective obsession with power. They can kill, they can destroy, they can deliver misery to the entire region but for some reason they never prevail.
By the time they win the battle they are shocked to find out that they’ve lost the war.
