The White House aside, is there anything more useless, corrupt, immoral and completely full of shit than an Arab government? Just asking.

Below is my detailed analysis of what the Arab governments have done for the Palestinians since Israel began its orgy of murder against the Palestinians in Gaza a few days ago.

2. Okay, now it’s video time. You’ve earned it after all that. (I bet Shas Party members are wondering what the fuck I’m talking about, but I digress.)

The video below shows everything that is wrong with Arab governments.

For those of you who don’t speak Arabic, it is the press conference of the Israeli Prime Minister for Egyptian Affairs (IPMFEA), Hesham Qandil, at the end of his visit to Gaza which lasted about as long as a business lunch. He then got his ass out of town so fast you’d think he was a kitchen cockroach when the light is turned on.

Straight Talk on Gaza

20121118-150357.jpg

By Stephen Lendman

Palestine’s democratically elected government is targeted. West Bank coup d’etat authority has no legitimacy. Abbas’ term as president expired in January 2009. Israel rigged his 2005 election.

What’s ongoing is illegal aggressive war. Israeli provocations caused it. Israel’s entire history reflects belligerence. It lives by the sword. It’s a modern-day Sparta.

Operation Pillar of Cloud was planned months ago. All military campaigns take many weeks or months of planning. Attacking Gaza coincides with Israel’s January elections.

Netanyahu hopes war will ensure his reelection. On January 22 he’ll know. Also at issue is subverting Palestine’s November 29 UN non-member observer status bid. Israel and Washington are going all out to sabotage it. As of now it looks certain.

More on what’s ongoing below, what’s at stake, and why it matters.

Hundreds of global protests condemn Israel’s naked aggression. Many thousands across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and elsewhere denounce Israel’s cold-blooded premeditated murder.

Innocent civilians are being slaughtered and injured. Hundreds of sorties caused widespread destruction. Mostly non-military sites were targeted.

They include residential neighborhoods, schools, mosques, government buildings, factories and workshops, fishermen, agricultural areas, an electricity transmitter, UN facilities, and civilian infrastructure.

Cuba condemned Israel’s attacks. So did Russia, Malaysia, Egypt, other regional leaders, and Venezuela.

Hugo Chavez denounced Israeli aggression. “Barbarism” he called it, saying:

“Another aggression against the Gaza strip has begun. Savage, savage: the state of Israel bombing the Gaza strip again.”

Chavez always supported Palestine. He’s a rare leader who says what he means and means what he says. Vice President Nicolas Maduro said Venezuela will vote for Palestine’s UN upgrade.

He stressed his government’s support of “the long march of the Palestinian people towards full recognition of having a state, as an independent nation, the right to peace, and their ancestral territories.”

NAM calls on UNSC to take action against Israeli aggression in Gaza

Smoke rises after Israeli air strikes targeted Interior Ministry building in Gaza City on November 16, 2012 .

The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) strongly censures the recent Israeli air strikes against the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip, urging the UN Security Council to adopt a swift action to put an end to the ongoing violence.

“The Non-Aligned Movement strongly condemns the recent military actions against the Palestinian people and believes that the Israeli regime’s aggression and its resort to bullying against defenseless people requires the immediate attention of the international community,” NAM said in a statement which was unanimously approved on Thursday.

It also urged the UN Security Council, as the body responsible for maintaining international peace and security, to adopt an immediate measure to stop the Israeli attacks on the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The statement added that fresh Israeli air strikes on Gaza have killed and wounded many Palestinians, including women and children.

The use of military force against the Palestinian people with the purpose of intimidation has deteriorated the situation in other parts of the occupied Palestinian territories such as East Al-Quds (East Jerusalem), the NAM’s statement warned.

Over 20 people have been killed and more than 160 others injured in the new wave of Israeli attacks which began on Wednesday.

The Israeli military frequently carries out airstrikes and other attacks on the Gaza Strip, saying the acts of aggression are being conducted for defensive purposes.

However, in violation of international law, disproportionate force is always used and civilians are often killed or injured. Continue reading

Excuse me while I vomit

20121116-103429.jpg

By Alan Hart, Information Clearing House

I imagine I am not the only one who feels the need to vomit (dictionary definition – “to throw up the contents of the stomach through the mouth”) when Israel’s Goebbels justifies the Zionist state’s ferocious and monstrously disproportionate attacks by air and sea on the Israeli-blockaded Gaza Strip, the prison camp which is home to 1.5 million besieged and mainly impoverished Palestinians.

The Israeli to whom I am referring is, of course, Australian-born Mark Regev, the prime minister’s spokesman, for which read spin doctor. The more I see and hear him in action, the more it seems to me that he makes Nazi Germany’s propaganda chief look like an amateur.

In a piece for The Observer on 6 June 2010, Ruth Sutherland wrote the following. “If the men from Mars ever wanted to manufacture a PR man, they would model their robot on Regev. No matter how formidable the interviewer, or how aggressive the questioning, he never buckles under pressure. His disarming Aussie accent and unfailing politeness – he calls interviewers ‘Sir’ and uses phrases like ‘I beg to disagree’ – almost lulls listeners into overlooking his aggression. He is always regretful about death and horror – he regrets that the non-Israeli victims brought their fate on themselves. Viewers are reduced to a trance of slack-jawed amazement at what he is prepared to say with a straight face. He is unlikely to win sceptics to Israel’s cause, but as a PR performer he is horribly compelling.”

Compelling he certainly is but, as Sutherland indicated (I will be more explicit), only to Westerners and Americans in particular who have been conditioned for decades by Zionist propaganda and, as a consequence, know nothing or little worth knowing about the truth of history as it relates to the making and sustaining of the conflict in and over Palestine that became Israel.

Tel Aviv under return fire from Gaza

A rocket launched by Palestinian fighters at the Occupied Palestinian Territories makes its way from the northern Gaza Strip on Thursday, November 16, 2012

Returning Israel’s recent wave of attacks on the Gaza Strip, which has so far killed at least 20 people, Palestinians have fired over 250 rockets taking Tel Aviv under fire and targeting several other spots in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

The attacks have been targeting Gaza since Wednesday.

The retaliatory fire from the coastal strip has struck the heart of Tel Aviv. On Thursday, the Israeli Army said a projectile fired from Gaza struck Rishon LeTzion, some 15 kilometers (nine miles) southeast of Tel Aviv, but there were no injuries or damage.

The Israeli Minister for Military Affairs, Ehud Barak has given the green light for the military to call up 30,000 reservists.

The return fire has sounded off air raid sirens across the occupied territories for the first time in nearly two decades.  Continue reading

Words from an Honest, Intelligent & Compassionate Jew – Rich Siegel

Words from an honest, intelligent and compassionate Jew… words from a respected brother with a hugely important message that should be heeded by every single Jew on this planet.

It is so terribly and dramatically disturbing to have been raised Jewish and Zionist, and to see the death and destruction that my people are bringing to the world. It is so frustrating to say, “Grow as I have grown, see what I see” and to only hear the same broken record of Jewish victimization and accusations of “self-hating Jew” in response. If I, as one born and raised in this death-crazed narcissistic cult, don’t know how to resolve this desperate situation, how will anyone else figure it out? Please- Jews- my people- you are desperately sick. The whole world sees this and knows it, and yet so many are afraid to say so for fear of being called “Anti-Semite”, while you kill children and refuse to be embarrassed by your blatantly evident tribal mental illness. But the world will stop being afraid of you, and cease to tolerate your murderous narcissism, and the result will be terrible for you. Please, please stop before this happens. Stop before you kill another child in Palestine! STOP THE KILLING IN GAZA!” Rich Siegel

israeli Raid on Gaza Martyrs Two Palestinians, Injures One

Two Palestinians were martyred and another one was injured on Wednesday in an Israeli raid on northern Gaza strip.

“We recovered one martyr and two other people with injuries after the air raid carried out by occupation aircraft in Beit Hanun,” spokesman Adham Abu Selmiya told Agence France Press, naming the martyred man as Mohammed Abu Awda, 23.

One of those who had been in critical condition died later of his wounds, he said, naming him as Khaled al-Zaanin, 17.
The strike hit a field just east of Beit Hanun, Palestinian security sources said.

An Israeli military spokeswoman claimed the target was “a terrorist squad that was attempting to place an explosive device by the security fence”.

She said an Israeli aircraft and the armored corps had fired at the squad, and the device that they were trying to plant had exploded.

Palestine: israel Breaks Truce, Netanyahu Assures: No Ceasefire

One Palestinian was killed and another was wounded on Sunday in an Israeli raid on Gaza. This came just hours after the Islamic Jihad announced its acceptance to a truce that was brokered by Egypt.

The strike hit Rafah in South Gaza killing one and wounding another, medical sources AFP quoted medical sources as saying, which raised the number of Palestinian martyrs to 10 since Israel’s initial air strike on Saturday.

The Zionist army did not comment on the attack nor did it clarify the reason behind breaking the truce that the Islamic Jihad said it committed itself to as long as the occupation did.

The Israeliforces ignited violence between Israel and the Gaza strip Saturday after striking Rafah and killing nine Palestinians.

Egypt succeeded to broker truce between the two sides, but the Islamic Continue reading
