Kiev Fascists Murder Russian Journalist

Stenin went missing in eastern Ukraine on August 5. Sources said that the journalist was possibly held by the Ukrainian military, but Kiev has never officially confirmed the information.

By Stephen LENDMAN

Russian photojournalist Andrew Stenin was found dead in Southeastern Ukraine. He was murdered in cold blood. More on what happened below.

Obama’s new friends are cold-blooded killers. They’re waging war on freedom. They’re killing civilians.

They want all opposition elements crushed. They want fascist rule institutionalized.

They want democracy in name only. They want it prevented at all costs.
They want all independent news sources suppressed. They want their message alone getting out.

They harass, beat, terrorize, abduct and murder independent journalists.
Russian ones are most vulnerable.

On August 5, Russian photojournalist Andrew Stenin went missing. He was working in Southeastern Ukraine for Russia’s International Information Agency Rossiya Segdnya.

For weeks, his whereabouts was unknown. At first, Ukrainian interior minister advisor Anton Herashchenko said he was arrested for “helping terrorists.” He then claimed he was misinterpreted.

Earlier, the International Federation of Journalists expressed “serious concern” for his wellbeing. In mid-August, it issued a statement, saying:
“He’s a journalist, not a soldier, and as such is entitled to move freely and report the truth without the threat of intimidation, violence or detention.”

At the time, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said he “could be a victim of a malicious attack.”

Reporters Without Borders called for his immediate release.
US National Press Club president Myron Belkind issued a statement, saying:
“It is very important that Andrew Stenin be quickly located and freed if he is being held by Ukrainian security services.”

It’s “crucial that all sides in this conflict…cease obstructing the ability of the press to cover events in eastern Ukraine, which are of great consequence to the Ukrainian public and to the international community.”

Kiev stonewalled Russia’s all-out efforts to locate and free Stenin. Ukrainian interior ministry advisor Anton Gerashchenko said he didn’t “want to be bothered by questions on (his) fate.”

On September 3, Rossiya Segodnya director general Dmitry Kiselev said Stenin died weeks earlier when a car he was traveling in came under fire. It “burnt on a highway in the vicinity of Donetsk.”

Autopsy results identified Stenin’s body. “He was indeed in that car. The 33-year-old young man (was) a brilliant professional, someone who cared.”
Despite all-out efforts to free him, he “was already no longer with us.”
His photographs are “a gift of remembrance…He sacrificed his life (for them).” For “the sole purpose of (telling) the world…the truth.”
“Rest in peace, Andrei Stenin. You will never be forgotten.”

The Russian Investigative Committee (RIC) said he was among others killed during an attack on at least 10 vehicles carrying civilians.

“It turned out that he was not taken prisoner. It turned out, no one planned to swap him for any Ukrainian military personnel or accuse him of terrorist activities,” it explained.
“All of the announcements that we heard from the Ukrainians about Stenin’s fate were lies.”

“He died one month ago in a car that he was in while fulfilling his journalistic duties.”
“The vehicle came under fire and burned down on a highway near Donetsk.”

According to RIC’s Vladimir Markin:
The next day, Ukrainian commanders examined what happened, removed civilian contents and identified victims.
When they left, vehicles were “fired on with Grad missiles. The investigation will not stop at determining the exact details of the shooting. It also aims to find those responsible and bring them to justice.”

Vladmir Putin sent condolences by telegram, saying:
“We believed that Andrei would return home to his family and friends, but the bitter news has wiped out that hope.”
“He fulfilled his journalistic and human commitment to the end. He did everything possible so that people, the whole world would know the truth of the tragic events occurring in Donetsk.”

Russia’s Foreign Ministry issued a stinging statement. In part it said:
“We experienced a feeling of deep pain and resentment upon learning about the shocking circumstances of the death of Rossiya Segodnya photojournalist Andrei Stenin, who last called his editorial office on 5 August 2014.”
“We express our sincere and deep condolences to Andrei’s family and friends and sympathy for and solidarity with the staff of Rossiya Segodnya and the Russian journalistic community.”
“We demand that Kiev conduct a thorough and objective investigation of Andrei Stenin’s murder and mete out severe punishment to the culprits.”

“Russia has lost four journalists in Ukraine over the past few months, which is unprecedented…”

They include correspondent Igor Kornelyuk, video engineer Anton Voloshin, cameraman Anatoly Klyan, and photojournalist Stenin.

“An end must be put immediately to Kiev’s illegitimate efforts to prevent journalists from doing their duty, including by attacking, murdering, detaining and kidnapping (them) from ‘undesirable’ media outlets.”

“We expect the international community, including the United States and the European Union member-countries, who seemingly care so much for the freedom of speech and media in other countries and regions of the world, to exercise decisive influence on Kiev in this respect.”

“How many more innocent lives must be sacrificed before Kiev stops its reckless and criminal policy towards millions of people in southeastern Ukraine?”

“Its (US-led) Western patrons must review their hypocritical and double-dealing approach to the human rights disaster in Ukraine…”
Separately, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said:
Forensic examination of his remains “suggests…another barbarous murder – the work of Ukrainian security forces and (neo-Nazi-infested) National Guard (fighters who) controlled, according to eyewitnesses, the territory in which cars came under fire, including” the one with Stenin’s body.

Throughout weeks without knowledge of his fate, MSM scoundrels ignored him entirely.

At the same time, they obsessed over US journalist James Foley’s beheading.
Again when an Islamic State video released Tuesday showed American journalist Steven Sotloff met the same fate.

What about thousands of Southeastern Ukrainian victims of illegal US-supported and encouraged Kiev aggression?

What about longstanding Israeli brutalizing collective punishment of millions of defenseless Palestinians?
What about countless millions of post-9/11 victims of US wars of aggression?

What about many millions more unmentioned, forgotten, ignored and uncared about?

What about unspeakable longstanding US-led Western genocidal crimes of war and against humanity?

What about justice systematically denied? What about Western journalists supporting what demands condemnation?

What about Big Lies suppressing truth? What about Washington using the deaths of two US journalists to justify more lawless aggression?

What about MSM scoundrels supporting it? What about their reporting nothing about Stenin’s disappearance, death, how it happened and who’s responsible?

What about a possible planned major false flag on US soil to enlist popular support for more war? A second 9/11 type event. It’s been 13 years since the last one.

Before confirmation of Stenin’s death, global rallies demanded his release. RT International featured daily “free Andrew” alerts.

Activists collected signatures on his behalf. They did so to petition Kiev for his release. It included thousands of photos he took in Southeastern Ukraine.
Anti-fascist Dveri movement leader Vladan Glisic said “(w)e believe that Ukraine must follow international conventions on the right of journalists and that attacks on journalists must be stopped regardless of where they take place.”

Separately, NATO heads of state meeting in Brussels Thursday and Friday are expected to confirm the creation of a rapid reaction force targeting Russia.

Thousands of combat-ready forces will be deployed near its border. NATO calls it “sustain(ing) a robust (Eastern European) presence…”

Doing so risks the unthinkable – direct East/West confrontation.
Russia’s Security Council deputy secretary, Mikkail Popov, said Moscow will review its military doctrine in response to NATO’s planned Eastern European expansion.
“I have no doubts that the issue of drawing of military infrastructure of NATO member-countries to the borders of our country, including via enlargement, will remain one of the external military threats for the Russian Federation,” he said.
“We consider that defining factor in (Moscow’s) relations with NATO will remain the unacceptability for Russia of the expansion plans of alliance’s military infrastructure to our borders, including via enlargement.”

“Many high-ranked officials reproached the leaders of our country saying that NATO isn’t a Russia’s enemy and will never attack Russia.”
“But is that true? We were assured of good intentions, but the actions of recent years show entirely different things.”

Russia’s role in Ukraine is mischaracterized. “(W)rong conclusions are drawn and wrong measures are applied.”
“There is an unprecedented informational-propagandist campaign against Russia.”

“The image of the enemy is presented in the face of Russia and its politics is considered as a new threat to NATO.”
Irresponsible Putin bashing persists. It’s a growth industry. Truth is systematically buried.

Western media consumers get a daily diet of misinformation, distortions and Big Lies.

The latest brouhaha is over Putin’s conversation with European Commission president Jose Manual Barroso.

Putin’s comment about “taking Kiev in two weeks” was leaked to the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
It was published on Monday. On Tuesday, the broadsheet criticized Barroso for disclosing content from a private diplomatic phone call.
Putin made it in response to false claims about Russian troops in Ukraine. It was distorted.

It was taken entirely out of context. Presidential aid Yury Ushakov said the quote “had a very different meaning.”
He criticized Barroso for making it public. He called doing so “incorrect and goes beyond the bounds of diplomatic practices.”

“(I)t is not worthy of a serious political figure.” He and other Western leaders irresponsibly accuse Moscow of escalating conflict in Ukraine without verifiable proof.

MSM sources jumped on what happened. On September 2, The New York Times headlined “Putin Reportedly Says Russia Could ‘Take Kiev in Two Weeks,’ ” saying:
He “added a new dimension to the tensions building in Ukraine as Russian forces become more involved in the fighting there.”

His “remarks and the increasing presence of Russian military units in Ukraine have posed a stark new challenge to the alliance about how to respond to Moscow’s apparent willingness to exert military force to achieve its foreign policy goals.”
“Mr. Putin is known for littering his public statements with twists of braggadocio…”

Fact check:
Russia didn’t invade Ukraine. Its forces aren’t involved in its conflict. No evidence suggests otherwise.
The Times hypes the Big Lie repeatedly. Claims about “Moscow’s apparent willingness to exert military force to achieve its foreign policy goals are patently false.

Wednesday reports of a Russian/Ukrainian agreed on “cease-fire regime” are greatly exaggerated.
Ukrainian oligarch president Petro Poroshenko said both sides “reached mutual understanding on the steps that will facilitate the establishment of peace.”

At first he said agreement was reached for a “a permanent cease-fire.” A retraction followed. It said both presidents exchanged opinions. No formal agreement was reached.

According to Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov:
Both leaders agreed on steps towards peace but no ceasefire. “Russia cannot physically agree to (one) because it is not a party to the conflict,” he stressed.

Last week in Minsk, Putin said “we are not in a position to discuss any ceasefire terms or likely agreements between Kiev, Donetsk an Luhansk. That’s none of our business but Ukraine’s internal affair.”

Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) defense ministry press service head Vladislav Brig said:
“Nobody is holding negotiations about a cease-fire with the representatives of the Donetsk People’s Republic.”

“As long as there are Ukrainian soldiers on our territory, there will be no cease-fire.” The battle for Ukraine’s soul continues.

Markings “XS7″ correspond to NATO classification for experimental chemical warfare agents.

Before It’s News

According to the report, Kiev fascist junta deployed chemical warfare agents in Donetsk region. Bomblets in (unexploded) cluster munition had delayed release i.e. explosions continued for a few days, culture flasks contained two components – foam and black oily liquid. Everyone exposed rapidly developed damage to mouth cavities and breathing pathways in the form of indurated chancres, abscess, indigestion and diarrhea.
Long term effects isn’t known yet.

Ukraine Has Failed

Klitshko, Hollande, “PORKY” POROSHENKO – The 3 STOOGES

By Jim Kirwan

The first seven minutes on Bulletin Board today clearly shows the evidence of the collapse of Kiev’s so-called armies in the field. This was not an accident, it came about by design and it continues to shred the mirage of Kiev’s invincibility.

Kiev’s forces are now frequently surrounded, fifty to seventy ‘troops’ killed every day, while Kiev repeatedly fails to support those troops. Politically the imbedded Nazi’s are threatening to pull out of the fighting against Lugansk and Donetsk to attack Porky’s pathetic government in Kiev.

Meanwhile Porky himself continues to see phantom Russian invasions, while his “troops” continue to surrender across the region. At home; Kiev’s furious civilians are demanding to know why their loved ones are being left to die, because the government refuses to do anything to help the troops, or the rest of the people in Ukraine to survive.

The only ‘news’ that USRAEL can point to, via Kiev, is to their continued and cowardly bombings of buildings and people that produce death and destruction for videos. Beyond that there is no plan that’s going anywhere except that every day they get closer to DEFEAT across the board for the almost bankrupt Kiev government—it’s a political bankruptcy not just of money but of ideas, momentum and credibility—on all fronts. Watch the video and add up the facts for yourself…

The rest of these fake global wars are headed in similar directions with the US failing to rescue some 4,000 to 5,000 who are still trapped on that mountain in Kurdish Iraq, from Press TV.

“New reports indicate that hundreds or possibly thousands of members of Iraq’s Kurdish Izadi minority escaping ISIL militants remain abandoned on top of Sinjar Mountain.

This is while Washington has claimed that its operation there against the Takfiri terrorists earlier this month was a success. “Because of the skill and professionalism of our military, and the generosity of our efforts, we broke the [Isis] siege of Mount Sinjar, we helped vulnerable people reach safety, and we helped save many innocent lives,” US President Barack Obama said on August 14.

Kiev’s War Without Mercy Continues

image

By Stephen LENDMAN

Kiev fascists are murdering their own Southeastern citizens in cold blood. They’re doing it with full support and complicity from Washington.

Russia’s RIA Novosti news service quoted Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on Defense, Franz Klintsevich, saying:

Use of ballistic missiles against Lugansk civilians “suggests that the Ukrainian security forces have been granted carte blanche from the Americans.”

“They do not care what Russia says, what the international community or even Europe says today.”

“They got their carte blanche, and while it remains active they want to deal with the situation in Donetsk as quickly as possible.”

Using ballistic missiles against civilian neighborhoods shows how far Kiev and Washington will go to solidify hardline neo-Nazi-infested fascist rule.

Rule of law principles don’t matter. War without mercy ignores them. Ballistic missiles are powerful weapons.

On impact, “huge explosion(s)” follow. Maximum damage is inflicted. Rossiya-24 television said Kiev forces attacked Lugansk with Tochka-U ballistic missile systems.

They can carry nuclear and chemical weapons, as well as high explosives. Moscow’s protests about using this weapon against civilian neighborhoods are ignored.

Kiev has Washington’s support. It’s taking full advantage. Both countries are guilty of high crimes against peace.

It’s longstanding US practice. Its Ukrainian allies include a rogue’s gallery of societal misfits.

They’re militant fascist thugs. They’re illegitimate putschists. They’re xenophobic, hate-mongering, ultranationalist anti-Semites.

They mock democratic values. They rule by intimidation. They threaten the entire region. They risk direct confrontation with Russia.

Malaysian Press – Kiev Regime Shot Down MH 17

image

By Alex Lantier, World Socialist Web Site

A Thursday article in the New Straits Times, Malaysia’s flagship English-language newspaper, charged the US- and European-backed Ukrainian regime in Kiev with shooting down Malaysian Airlines flight MH 17 in east Ukraine last month. Given the tightly controlled character of the Malaysian media, it appears that the accusation that Kiev shot down MH17 has the imprimatur of the Malaysian state.

The US and European media have buried this remarkable report, which refutes the wave of allegations planted by the CIA in international media claiming that Russian president Vladimir Putin was responsible for the destruction of MH17, without presenting any evidence to back up this charge.
The New Straits Times article, titled “US analysts conclude MH17 downed by aircraft,” lays out evidence that Ukrainian fighter aircraft attacked the jetliner with first a missile, then with bursts of 30-millimeter machine gun fire from both sides of MH17.

The Russian army has already presented detailed radar and satellite data showing a Ukrainian Sukhoi-25 fighter jet tailing MH17 shortly before the jetliner crashed. The Kiev regime denied that its fighters were airborne in the area, however.

The New Straits Times article began, “Intelligence analysts in the United States have already concluded that Malaysia flight MH17 was shot down by an air-to-air missile, and that the Ukrainian government had had something to do with it.

This corroborates an emerging theory postulated by local investigators that the Boeing 777-200 was crippled by an air-to-air missile and finished off with cannon fire from a jet that had been shadowing it as it plummeted to earth.”
It cited “experts who had said that the photographs of the blast fragmentation patterns on the fuselage of the airliner showed two distinct shapes—the shredding pattern associated with a warhead packed with ‘flechettes,’ and the more uniform, round-type penetration holes consistent with that of cannon rounds.”

The New Straits Times cited several sources to substantiate its position. One was testimony by a Canadian-Ukrainian monitor for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Michael Bociurkiw—one of the first investigators to arrive at the crash site. Speaking to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on July 29, Bociurkiw said: “There have been two or three pieces of fuselage that have been really pockmarked with what almost looks like machine gun fire; very, very strong machine gun fire.”

Another source the paper cited was an article, “Flight 17 Shoot-Down Scenario Shifts,” by former Associated Press reporter Robert Parry, who now writes for the ConsortiumNews.com web site. Given the lack of any evidence supporting US charges that pro-Russian forces shot MH17 down with a Buk anti-aircraft missile, Parry said, “some US intelligence analysts have concluded that the rebels and Russia were likely not at fault, and that it appears Ukrainian government forces were to blame, according to a source briefed on these findings.”

Was Putin Targeted for Mid-Air Assassination?

Exclusive: Official Washington’s conventional wisdom on the Malaysia Airlines shoot-down blames Russian President Putin, but some U.S. intelligence analysts think Putin, whose plane was flying nearby, may have been the target of Ukrainian hardliners who hit the wrong plane, writes Robert Parry.

By Robert Parry, Consortiumnews.com

U.S. intelligence analysts are weighing the possibility that the shoot-down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was a botched attempt by extremists in the Ukrainian government to assassinate Russian President Vladimir Putin whose aircraft was returning from South America the same day, according to a source briefed on the U.S. investigation.

If true, the direction of the investigation into the July 17 crash has veered dramatically from initial U.S. government allegations that eastern Ukrainian rebels, using a Russian-supplied anti-aircraft battery, were responsible for bringing down the plane killing 298 people onboard.

The Obama administration used those claims to whip up an anti-Russian hysteria that prompted European countries to ratchet up economic sanctions against Moscow, starting what now looks like an incipient trade war.

A side-by-side comparison of the Russian presidential jetliner and the Malaysia Airlines plane.

But the U.S. analysts dismissed those original suspicions because they could find no evidence that such a missile battery had been supplied by the Russians or was in the possession of the rebels, prompting a shift in thinking toward a scenario in which Ukrainian hardliners working with elements of the air force may have tried to ambush Putin’s plane but instead hit the Malaysian airliner, said the source speaking on condition of anonymity.

Putin flies in a plane with similar red, white and blue markings as the Malaysian airliner and was known to be on his way home after a six-day visit to South America. But his plane took a different route and landed safely in Moscow.

After the crash, as U.S. intelligence analysts pored over phone intercepts and other intelligence data, they began to suspect that the motive for the shoot-down was the desire among some Ukrainian extremists to eliminate Putin whom they had been privately vowing to kill – words initially viewed as empty bluster but which were looked at differently in hindsight – the source said.

If some Ukrainian authorities were hoping to ambush Putin’s plane, they also would have had only a matter of minutes to detect the aircraft’s presence and make a decision to fire, so it could be plausible that the attackers made a hasty decision to hit Putin’s plane before they realized that they had made a tragic mistake.

Flight MH17 Shoot-Down Scenario Shifts

Exclusive: From magazine covers to pronouncements by top politicians, Official Washington jumped to the conclusion that Ukrainian rebels and Russia were guilty in the shoot-down of a Malaysian passenger plane. But some U.S. intelligence analysts may see the evidence differently, writes Robert Parry.

By Robert Parry, Consortiumnews.com

Contrary to the Obama administration’s public claims blaming eastern Ukrainian rebels and Russia for the shoot-down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, some U.S. intelligence analysts have concluded that the rebels and Russia were likely not at fault and that it appears Ukrainian government forces were to blame, according to a source briefed on these findings.

This judgment – at odds with what President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry have expressed publicly – is based largely on the absence of U.S. government evidence that Russia supplied the rebels with a Buk anti-aircraft missile system that would be needed to hit a civilian jetliner flying at 33,000 feet, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Despite U.S. spy satellites positioned over eastern Ukraine, U.S. intelligence agencies have released no images of a Buk system being transferred by Russians to rebel control, shipped into Ukraine, deployed into firing position and then being taken back to Russia. Though the Obama administration has released other images of Ukraine taken by U.S. spy satellites, the absence of any photos of a rebel-controlled Buk missile battery has been the dog not barking in the strident case that Official Washington has made in blaming the rebels and Russia for the July 17 shoot-down that killed 298 people.

Given the size of these missile batteries – containing four 16-foot-long missiles – the absence of this evidence prompted caution among U.S. intelligence analysts even as senior U.S. officials and the U.S. mainstream media rushed to judgment blaming the rebels and Russians.

In making that case, Kerry and other senior officials relied on claims made by the Ukrainian government along with items posted on “social media.” These snippets of “evidence” included ambiguous remarks attributed to rebels who may have initially thought the shoot-down was another of their successful attacks on lower-flying Ukrainian military aircraft but who later insisted that they had not fired on the Malaysian plane and lacked the longer-range Buk missiles needed to reach above 30,000 feet.

If the U.S. intelligence analysts are correct – that the rebels and Russia are likely not responsible – the chief remaining suspect would be the Ukrainian government, which does possess Buk anti-aircraft missiles and reportedly had two fighter jets in the vicinity of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 at the time of the shoot-down.

Some independent analyses of the initial evidence from the crash site suggest the jetliner may have been destroyed by an air-to-air attack, not by an anti-aircraft missile fired from the ground. Yet, the working hypothesis of the U.S. intelligence analysts is that a Ukrainian military Buk battery and the jetfighters may have been operating in collusion as they hunted what they thought was a Russian airliner, possibly even the plane carrying President Vladimir Putin on a return trip from South America, the source said.

The source added that the U.S. intelligence analysis does not implicate top Ukrainian officials, such as President Petro Poroshenko or Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, suggesting that the attack may have been the work of more extremist factions, possibly even one of the Ukrainian oligarchs who have taken an aggressive approach toward prosecuting the war against the ethnic Russian rebels in the east.

Obviously, a successful shoot-down of a Russian plane, especially one carrying Putin, could have been a major coup for the Kiev regime, which ousted Russian ally, President Viktor Yanukovych, last February touching off the civil war. Some prominent Ukrainian politicians, such as ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, have expressed the desire to kill Putin.

“It’s about time we grab our guns and kill, go kill those damn Russians together with their leader,” Tymoshenko said in an intercepted phone call in March, according to a leak published in the Russian press and implicitly confirmed by Tymoshenko.

Russians Say NATO Not Interested In MH17 Probe

Russia’s mission : “NATO exerting pressure, not interested in MH17 investigation”

Without waiting for MH17 crash investigators’ conclusions, NATO chief is eager to blame anti-Kiev forces, thus “exerting pressure” on the international team while providing no evidence to back the claims, Russia’s mission to NATO said.

The Russian mission to NATO has said that the bloc’s Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen “decided not to wait until the end of #MH17 investigation” to blame the anti-Kiev forces for shooting down the plane, referring to Rasmussen’s comments in Sunday’s interview with the French Midi Libre.

The mission also wondered why “NATO is not interested in impartial MH17 investigation?” adding that “if the Alliance had evidence – why did it keep silent?”

In Sunday’s interview, Rasmussen stated that NATO has “a lot of information that indicate the separatists, supported by the Russians, are guilty [of MH17 tragedy]”, calling it a “war crime” the perpetrators of which “must be brought to justice as soon as possible.”

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen (AFP Photo)

Although he admitted the necessity of a “full independent international inquiry to establish the facts,” Rasmussen did not seem to be willing to wait for the conclusions of the international investigation team working in Eastern Ukraine at the crash site.

NATO’s chief did not provide the French media with any evidence, and when RIA Novosti reached out for the comment, NATO replied that they “do not comment on the course of the investigation.” In fact, NATO told RIA earlier that the organization is not participating in the international investigation effort, indicating that secret “evidence”may never be shared even with the investigators.

The Russian Ministry of Defense on the contrary held a substantial press conference several days after the crash, presenting some of the data of recorded by radars and satellites, and urging all parties rightly committed to a thorough investigation to do the same. Kiev at the same time seized all the records from its air-control tower, and has still not released them, two weeks after the tragedy.

During the course of the interview, Rasmussen repeatedly accused anti-Kiev forces of not allowing the international investigation’s team to approach the crash site, calling it a “problem and a challenge.”

“Why do separatists not provide access to the crash site? There is something to hide,” he said, repeating that remark again when asked for any proof to back his claims.

However, the international team of over 100 Australian and Dutch experts, accompanied by OSCE monitors, were working at the crash site for a third consecutive day on Sunday. The OSCE highlighted earlier that the convoy “comprised 25 vehicles, including a bus and two mobile ambulances” went “smoothly and was well organized.”

The ceasefire around the disaster area, promised by Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko, has repeatedly been broken over the last two weeks, with Kiev forces shelling the areas immediately adjacent to the crash site. Meanwhile, Kiev official’s aspiration to “cleanse of the militias and take control of this territory,” Russia’s UN envoy Vitaly Churkin says, could indicate that it is Kiev who wants to destroy implicating evidence.

Instead of spreading unsubstantiated accusations and insinuations, the concerned parties should better share the objective observation data of the disaster area with the international organizations, the Russian diplomat added.

Over 400 Ukrainian troops cross into Russia for refuge

Reuters/Marko Djurica

RT

More than 400 Ukrainian troops have been allowed to cross into Russia on Sunday night after they requested sanctuary, Russian border guards reported.

According to the Rostov Region’s border guard spokesman Vasily Malaev, a total of 438 soldiers, including 164 Ukrainian border guards, have been allowed into Russia.

On Sunday, the Russian border guards reported of 12 Ukrainian soldiers seeking refuge in Russia.

And in late July 41 Ukrainian troops fled to Russia to escape fighting in eastern Ukraine. They are now being prosecuted in Ukraine for deserting in the heat of battle.

The flow of deserters from the ranks of Ukrainian Army and National Guard seems to be increasing amid the escalating violence in Donets and Lugansk Regions, where Kiev is fighting against armed militias.

Several Ukrainian units have been reported to recently to be cut off from supply lines after attempted offensive operations, which brought them behind the militia-controlled territories and close to the Russian border.

Revelations of German Pilot: Shocking Analysis of the “Shooting Down” of Malaysian MH17. “Aircraft Was Not Hit by a Missile”

image

By GLOBALRESEARCH.CA

The tragedy of Malaysian MH 017 continues to elude any light of clarity being cast over it.

The flight recorders are in England and are evaluated. What can come of it? Maybe more than you would assume.

Especially the voice recorder will be interesting when you look at the picture of a cockpit fragment. As an expert in aviation I closely looked at the images of the wreckage that are circulating on the Internet.

image

Peter Haisenko in Cockpit of Condor DC 10

First, I was amazed at how few photos can be found from the wreckage with Google. All are in low resolution, except one: The fragment of the cockpit below the window on the pilots side. This image, however, is shocking. In Washington, you can now hear views expressed of a “potentially tragic error / accident” regarding MH 017. Given this particular cockpit image it does not surprise me at all.

Entry and exit impact holes of projectiles in the cockpit area

image

DOWNLOAD THE FULL PDF HERE

I recommend to click on the Above link. You can download this photo as a PDF in good resolution. This is necessary, because that will allow you understand what I am describing here. The facts speak clear and loud and are beyond the realm of speculation: The cockpit shows traces of shelling! You can see the entry and exit holes. The edge of a portion of the holes is bent inwards. These are the smaller holes, round and clean, showing the entry points most likely that of a 30 millimeter caliber projectile. The edge of the other, the larger and slightly frayed exit holes showing shreds of metal pointing produced by the same caliber projectiles. Moreover, it is evident that at these exit holes of the outer layer of the double aluminum reinforced structure are shredded or bent – outwardly! Furthermore, minor cuts can be seen, all bent outward, which indicate that shrapnel had forcefully exited through the outer skin from the inside of the cockpit. The open rivets are are also bent outward.

In sifting through the available images one thing stands out: All wreckage of the sections behind the cockpit are largely intact, except for the fact that only fragments of the aircraft remained . Only the cockpit part shows these peculiar marks of destruction. This leaves the examiner with an important clue. This aircraft was not hit by a missile in the central portion. The destruction is limited to the cockpit area. Now you have to factor in that this part is constructed of specially reinforced material. This is on account of the nose of any aircraft having to withstand the impact of a large bird at high speeds. You can see in the photo, that in this area significantly stronger aluminum alloys were being installed than in the remainder of the outer skin of the fuselage. One remembers the crash of Pan Am over Lockerbie. It was a large segment of the cockpit that due to the special architecture survived the crash in one piece. In the case of flight MH 017 it becomes abundantly clear that there also an explosion took place inside the aircraft.

Tank destroying Mix of Ammunition

image

Bullet holes in the outer skin

So what could have happened? Russia recently published radar recordings, that confirm at least one Ukrainian SU 25 in close proximity to MH 017. This corresponds with the statement of the now missing Spanish controller ‘Carlos’ that has seen two Ukrainian fighter aircraft in the immediate vicinity of MH 017. If we now consider the armament of a typical SU 25 we learn this: It is equipped with a double-barreled 30-mm gun, type GSh-302 / AO-17A, equipped with: a 250 round magazine of anti-tank incendiary shells and splinter-explosive shells (dum-dum), arranged in alternating order. The cockpit of the MH 017 has evidently been fired at from both sides: the entry and exit holes are found on the same fragment of it’s cockpit segment!

Now just consider what happens when a series of anti-tank incendiary shells and splinter-explosive shells hit the cockpit. These are after all designed to destroy a modern tank. The anti-tank incendiary shells partially traversed the cockpit and exited on the other side in a slightly deformed shape. (Aviation forensic experts could possibly find them on the ground presumably controlled by the Kiev Ukrainian military; the translator). After all, their impact is designed to penetrate the solid armor of a tank. Also, the splinter-explosive shells will, due to their numerous impacts too cause massive explosions inside the cockpit, since they are designed to do this. Given the rapid firing sequence of the GSh-302 cannon, it will cause a rapid succession of explosions within the cockpit area in a very short time. Remeber each of these is sufficient to destroy a tank.
