DHS and US Military Make Final Preparations Before Announcing Martial Law

“There is a media blackout concerning the “state of emergency” (code for martial law) that Anaheim, California residents have been under since the murder of a man by local police.

While protests have been conducted, residents say that “outsiders” are infiltrating peaceful demonstrations to stir up violence and ensure local and military police action against them.
While city officials are gearing up for “another large incident” and “another riot,” protesters are coming forth to voice their distain at the “infiltrators” that attended a protest that ended with the fatal shooting of two Latino men.
During protest marches in Anaheim, the white, unmarked vans have resurfaced. This time unidentified “police” detained protesters and placed them into these vans.

“The increased activity across the nation in conjunction with the mounting citizen reports of seeing military on their streets, conducting urban warfare drills, and spotting foreign troops have prompted public interest in the US government’s plans to enact a full-scale martial law in America – expected by the end of this year.”

Informants and military personnel are coming forth anonymously to confirm that martial law “is right around the corner.” However, right now we are under a silent martial law and citizens are reporting strange and unexplainable activity from the US armed forces and multiple federal agencies that point to a covert preparatory operation to completely lock down America in the very near future.

Sources from multiple locations across the nation have independently confirmed that the US military are repositioning soldiers in conjunction with allied foreign troops in the initial stages of martial law.

The US military are secretly moving massive amounts of “equipment” across the country consistently for more than a year. In Phoenix, Arizona, tractor-trailers transporting tanks on public highways have been spotted. One witness stated that he saw these flatbeds multiple times in the month of June. Eyewitness reports are coming primarily from the northern and southern border states.

Peter Santilli, an ex-Marine informant who was a specialist in aviation deployed weapons, explains that a refrigerated truck, allocated by the administration department on base, was directed to the commissary, where the unsuspecting driver believed that he was transporting food. The weapon was placed at the head of the trailer, and covered up with either food stores (like cans of soup) or body bags. In the event that the truck is stopped en route, the weapon would be well hidden and go undetected by inspectors on the public highways.

Santilli, who was assigned to ride in the cab of the truck with the driver, says that his orders were to make sure the truck arrived at its destination. If there were problems concerning potential civil unrest, he was to radio into his superiors for aid by either air or ground support. Should the situation warrant serious attention, crowd control methods would be implemented.

Department of Homeland Security orders over a half ton of high explosives

By James Smith, Activist Post

A solicitation placed today at the Government marketplace shows that the Department of Homeland Security, via the Transportation Safety Administration has requested 700 pounds of High Density Ammonium Nitrate and 700 pounds of A-5 Flake RDX, with a delivery date by 31 August, 2012. That is less than 4 days before the start of the Democratic National Convention.

Why would the DHS/TSA order such material? From their Statement of Work:

Name of Requisitioning Office: National Canine Program (NCP)/ Canine Explosives Section (CES)

SECTION II: Purpose

Scope of the Product, Service, or Outcome:

The CES requires the 700 pounds of High Density Ammonium Nitrate and 700 pounds of A-5 Flake RDX to provide Canine Explosive Training Aids (CETAs) to NCP participants. The supplier must be able to meet the exact requirements by August 31st, 2012. Substitutions for this product are not acceptable

SECTION III: Background

The CES is required to provide NCP participants with CETAs. The CES has selected to use High Density Ammonium Nitrate and A-5 Flake RDX as it will provide NCP participants with a more realistic training aid and compliment the current aids provided.

This all comes on the heels of a solicitation for sheet style high powered plastic explosives that we reported on earlier in the week.

The problem is very clear. As stated in the ATF Law Enforcement Guide to Explosives Incident Reporting document:

In order to detonate ammonium nitrate, the use of a booster is required. Commercially, Pentolite and RDX are used as a booster, while the military will often use TNT as the booster.

Instead of using a poor-quality analog (aka hamburger) for Ammonium Nitrate to train dogs, they are requesting High Density, or the Kobe Beef of Ammonium Nitrate (AN). And in order to detonate the AN, RDX is used. The Department of Homeland Security is requesting BOTH components of a binary explosive compound to be delivered to a government facility in downtown Atlantic City, New Jersey.

To put the amount of explosives into perspective, Timothy McVeigh used 5,000 pounds of AN and motor racing fuel. RDX has a much greater explosive capacity than racing fuel, and McVeigh was a party to mass murder and destruction that would be on par with these materials being detonated.

For the sake of argument, if a dog needed only 1 ounce of each material in order to be trained and tested, there is enough material for 11,200 dogs at the same time.

This does not meet the smell test. No pun intended.

We will continue to watch the developments and report back to you.

Do these government records reveal Obama’s false flag event?

By James Smith, Activist Post

Recently, Tennessee state Rep. Kelly Keisling (R-Byrdstown) sent out an email from his state email account to his constituents with a concern that Obama and the Department of Homeland Security are planning events leading to “martial law”.

Theories are only theories until facts allow them to be worked into being real. Two such theories are of evolution and creation. Neither can be called factual until one of them actually takes place.

Such is the animal known as “Conspiracy Theory”. Often whispered in the dark over a few beers as the fire in the camp fire goes out, or screamed across the airwaves over the fruited plains.

But sometimes, very rarely, can conspiracy theories be proven. And Representative Keisling may be onto “Conspiracy Fact”.

Fact: The Department of Homeland Security is looking to hire Role Players for the TSA/Air Marshall program starting in December.

Fact: The last time the US Government hired Role Players was in late 2008 – and it was the US Army.

Fact: The Department of Homeland Security has not hired ANY role player, not even for the Air Marshal Program changed hands from US Border Patrol to DHS/TSA in October of 2005. At FBO.gov, search for the words Role Player in the advance find feature, and include archived documents. They only go back ten years.

Fact: As of October 2006, the number of FAM (Federal Air Marshal) was in the thousands. Training should be paramount when dealing with the lives of civilians.

While the requests made by DHS/TSA may be innocuous, many times in the past training exercises were used to mask the real event. Two such examples are the events surrounding 9/11, where a training exercise was being conducted on the same day for the same purpose. The second example was the Aurora Colorado shooting, where a theater in a nearby town was conducting training of a lone gunman opening fire on theater goers.
